Hello and welcome one and all!
lunation is a Promise of Wizard/Mahoyaku/MHYK fansite ran by webmaster Luna (moi! though, maybe you know me by something else ;) ). I started working on this site a few months after I first got into Mahoyaku, but faced various difficulties getting it up and running. In leiu of a full all-at-once launch like I intiatally envisioned, I've decided to let what work I have gotten done on it be available ahead of the rest of it. So if you've seen me mumbling and grumbling about x y or z feature that isn't here ... it's coming, I wizard-promise!
There WILL be things missing at the moment, either because they haven't been translated yet, or because I forgot. I know I don't have the very basic baby chibi-4komas listed, my bad. . .
If you haven't seen me grumbling then you might be wondering what features might be forthcoming. Well, I don't plan on only limiting the interaction finder to just 4koma and Log-In stories, I hope to expand it to chapter by chapter rundowns of event appearences as well. In fact, I actually got a good way into a system like that, but I realized a few factors made it more difficult to find 'real' interactions. Sure, narrowing it down to when they're standing next to each other (or are in the same chapter but apart) might still help you find that story you're craving... buuuut I want to get more precise than that. So, here I am, a victim of perfectionism again!
Ontop of making it easier to find the stories you want to read, I also am hoping to host a variety of other fannish things, including a beastiary, political notes, extended location data for non-training locations and a list of where you might find Mahoyaku related stories within magazines. A more long-shot goal will be to host fan-essays, anaylsis, translations and other long-form written content like that. I want to provide a space where people might be able to put their thoughts freely and anonymously (as in, without fear of getting ratio'd on twitter for getting a minor mistake wrong.) though I'm not so sure how in-demand that is.
